Welcome Blue Barn Ranch is a family-owned horse facility that offers full-service boarding, riding lessons and horse training. Blue Barn Ranch is handicapped accessible and welcomes all disciplines and levels of riders. We provide the best care for your best friend in a smoke-free, alcohol and drug-free environment. Blue Barn Ranch is located on the Mesa in Yucca Valley, California. This facility is located in the Hi-Desert just 30 miles north of Palm Springs. It is only 4 ½ miles from SR 62, four miles from SR 247 and just minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Blue Barn Ranch has easy access for vehicles and trailers. Regular board is $200.00 per month and includes a 24X24' corral with shade cover, hay (Alfalfa and /or Bermuda grass with multiple feedings tailored to your horse's dietary needs), fresh water, mucking a minimum of two times a day and use of our facility. We offer vacation boarding by the day, week, etc. We have corrals with three-sided shelters too. Our amenities include: two arenas, two round pens, a hot walker, tack room and wash racks. Additional services such as turnouts, exercising, grooming, fly masking and blanketing can be arranged. Catching and holding for the Farrier or vet, medications such as sprays, ointments and deworming, feeding fresh apples and carrots, treats, sand colic prevention treatment, supplements provided by owner or Ranch and trailer parking with maintenance are services that are also available. There is plenty of safe parking and miles of trails to ride around this beautiful Hi-Desert ranch. The owner/manager is on site and the horses are monitored regularly. We offer mare-care, lay-up care and geriatric care. References and tours are available. We will take the worry out of boarding. We care like you care. Kathi & John |
