Services Blue Barn Ranch is the place for you and your horse if you require the best care for your best friend! Our facility offers full-service boarding, riding lessons and horse training. A therapeutic riding program for disabled children is planned for the near future. Regular board includes a 24X24' corral with shade cover, hay, fresh water, mucking and use of our facility. We have corrals with three-sided shelters too. We offer vacation boarding by the day, week, etc. We even vacation board dogs and other small animals. We will email you with regular updates and photos while you are away. All of the horses receive fresh water daily and will be fed quality alfalfa and/or Bermuda grass depending on their dietary needs. Your horse's weight will be monitored and we will customize your horse's feeding schedule to optimize his health and well being with multiple feedings. Sand colic prevention treatment is available. Supplements (provided by the owner or Blue Barn Ranch) can be arranged as well as the feeding of treats, fresh apples and/or carrots every day. We will focus on each individual horse and cater to him or her! Blue Barn Ranch can provide additional services such as turnouts, exercising, fly masking and blanketing at your request. Grooming is also available from brushing, bathing and clipping to mane and tail shortening and braiding as well as hoof care. Catching and holding for the Farrier or vet and the application of medications such as sprays, ointments or deworming are services that can also be arranged. Prices are available upon request and there is a discount for multiple additional services. We provide mare-care; lay-up care and geriatric care for your retired friend. Safe and convenient trailer parking is available. We offer trailer maintenance so you are always ready to haul. We will take the worry out of boarding. We care like you care. Kathi & John |
